DIGITAL DOWNLOAD FAQ'S

If you have an account with us, after your purchase you can view your files link on your order page which goes to the downloads page.

Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.

We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Architect & Fairies

If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add support@architectsandfairies to your address book or safe list and email us.

Yes. To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to your account: https://www.architectsandfairies.com/account/login and click on your order.

Click on the order # associated with your digital download.

Select: DOWNLOAD HERE. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again.

If you still can't open the file, please CONTACT US  for further assistance.

If your computer/tablet or mobile device is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type.

PDF documents can be opened in an app, such as "Adobe Fill & Sign "

Other apps may be used to view/write/edit PDF documents, some free or paid depending on their features. We highly recommend good notes app $7.99

LASHBATH FAQ'S

The reason blepharitis and demodex will occur is because of the lack of hygiene/care on the client's part meaning they are not cleansing their lashes properly nor consistently.

That being said, Lashbath Rose Hibiscus was specifically created to thoroughly remove dirt, makeup and debris from the lash line and consequently will prevent ALL the condition mentioned above.

Additionally, one of the main active ingredients of Lashbath is: "Eriobotrya Japonica extract". 

This extract  is subtropical fruit tree with high medicinal value native to China. Different organs of loquat have been used historically as folk medicines and this has been recorded in Chinese history for thousands of years. Research shows that loquat extracts contain many antioxidants, and different extracts exhibit bioactivity capable of counteracting inflammation, bacterial infection, aging, pain amongst other things.

First of all, oil are created equal -- There are so many different types of oils.

Rose hip being a natural plant base extract and measured to the micron will actually not harm at all eyelash extensions.

It would be like saying tea tree oil is bad for extensions because it’s an oil. Tea tree oil is actually found in many lash cleansers. And just like rose hip oil will not alter nor deteriorate cyanoacrylate.

On the other hand, mineral oil for instance which is petroleum based, would not be advisable at for lash extensions. Hope that helps!

Additionally Rose Hip oil is not only full of antioxidants but offer several anti-aging properties, including the ability to keep skin moisturized which is so important when cleansing your face and the delicate eye area.

Yes! Lashbath was deemed non irritant during the lab study.

LASHBATH is not available as a concentrate. The reason being is that we need to control from start to finish the way LASHBATH is handled in our lab.

This to prevent product contamination AND to ensure packaging adheres to strict FDA US regulations.

LOGO FILE FAQS

Yes! We provide free digital proofs with all of our private labeled products!

Once your order is placed, please allow 2 business days to receive your proof via email.  Once you have approved your proofs, your order will be sent to production. It will take approximately 7 to 10 business days for customized order to be produced and shipped. 

While we print exactly what you send us and we don’t offer design services at this time, we also always try our best to help our clients with small changes or modification with their logo file. (Additional charge may apply) Please feel free to get in touch. 

At this time we are unable to print logo on any of our cosmetic bags.

While we currently accept all artwork formats, there are some file formats that will look better than others printed on your labels. We want to make sure your labels are printed at the highest quality possible. Images uploaded that are smaller than 1800px wide or less than 300 dpi will not print as sharply as a larger file. We recommend keeping your files less than 30MB.

The metallic/foil option is only available in the PLATINUM LASHBATH package.  

Metallic or foil logo file will print as a gradient.

All private label custom orders (except for our Platinum Lashbath package) take generally 7 to 10 business days to be processed and shipped. To avoid any delays we recommend for you to proof your order as soon as we email you your digital proof.

Platinum Lashbath orders take 3 to 4 weeks. 

All custom orders are final.

SHIPPING. PLACING ORDERS. TURNAROUND TIME and more

Order Processing, Delivery and Shipping.

Non customized orders placed by 12 noon EST ship on the same day Monday-Friday.

Orders placed after 12noon EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the following day excluding major US holidays. Customer's products will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days. 

Private label orders processing time is 7 to 10 business days. Please note in order to avoid any delays proof must be approved before we are able to move forward to the production stage.

Please note Due to COVD-19  and our carriers experiencing delays we are unable to guarantee delivery time.

Orders are processed immediately once checkout is completed. If for any reason, you would like to make changes to your order please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate the changes. 

Your tracking number is issued by our system as soon as your order is processed and shipping label has been issued. Package will start showing movement once the label has been scanned by the carrier.

ARCHITECTS & FAIRIES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please check with your local USPS. 

Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. 

Please note that refunds are not issued by ARCHITECTS & FAIRIES on lost packages. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes we do. Please note, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Architects & Fairies has no control over these charges, nor can Architects & Fairies predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely, you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 Note:

Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. 

Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

We will accept your return within 10 days of purchase for full refund no questions asked.

All returns must be initiated within 10 days via our return portal. 

Items must be unopened in their original packaging and condition.

All clearance items, gift cards, customized items are non returnable and are final sales.  Under no circumstances are adhesives returnable nor refundable.

Due to sanitary reasons, Architects & Fairies cannot accept returns of products after the packaging has been opened. 

We are fully dedicated to our clients happiness and do our very best to fulfill every order perfectly. However we are humans, not robots, and mistakes may happen!  In the event your order is incorrect please contact us immediately via email at: support@architectsandfairies.com with photos and we will help solve your issues as fast as possible.

Once item is shipped back to us and the product meets return guideline stated above, Architects & Fairies will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please visit our return portal to initiate your return. https://www.architectsandfairies.com/pages/returns
