These Content Reviews/Proofs will help you visualize how your final project will appear. The colors on the review/proof may not be an exact match to your final project due to a number of variables associated with online content review/proofing.

Please note that the reviews/proofs may indicate color separations which may not be the exact colors to appear on the finished piece.

For printed pieces, it is not possible to accurately review/proof metallic colors, and colors printing onto metallic colors. In the event we received a sample, in order to match its color, please accept this proof as the closest possible match to that sample.

Every effort has been made to ensure that your content review/proof is correct based on the information supplied. Please check carefully the accuracy of all design elements, including text, graphics, photos, etc) appearing as part of the design. If any changes are made, please ensure that you have marked them clearly. Charges for customer amendments may be made and added to your invoice.

If there are a number of designs associated with this job shown on this content review/proofing system, all pages need to be reviewed and approved. By approving these pages with no alterations noted, the exact positioning, spelling of text, colors detailed, location of images and other design elements, as well as any other detail shown will be reproduced on the finished product. In addition to this online review/approval, we may require an additional approval on specifications or other before production can begin.

If there is any pre-existing information such as graphics, image or text that was supplied to us (such as a background image or the like), this content review/proof may not intended for that content. Instead it would be for the content we are handling for you that accompanies it. Note that if we are sourcing a piece, that secondary design/graphic will be reviewed/proofed separately.

Note that the pre-existing graphics, image or text may not be a reflection of the quality of the final piece and is only used to show the text in situation of the overall design. Initial content reviews/proofs may be shown with sample data, if a live data file has not yet been received. If a live content review/proof is required, this will sent to you at a later stage.

This content/proof remains the property of the posting company until all revisions are made and the final product is released to you.
