Order Processing, Delivery and Shipping & Handling Charges
Orders placed by 12noon EST ship on the same day Monday-Friday.
Orders placed after 12noon EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the following day excluding major US holidays.
Customer's products will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
However, orders are processed immediately checkout is completed. If for any reason, you would like to make changes to your order please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate the changes.
Architects & Fairies is not responsible for packages after they are picked by courier. We will not be liable for lost or stolen packages.
It is the buyer responsibility to contact their local USPS office should have they not received their package after receiving their tracking number.
Estimate processing dates are for in stock items only. In the unlikely event that an order has been placed on items that are out of stock, we will contact you immediately with option for full refund or replacement on out of stock items.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Architects & Fairies has no control over these charges, nor can Architects & Fairies predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
- Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
- Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
All clearance sales are final.
Due to sanitary reasons, Architects & Fairies cannot accept returns of products after the packaging has been opened.
Once items is shipped back and assuming the product meets return guideline stated above, Architects & Fairies will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Architects & Fairies prides ourselves on ensuring our product is of the highest quality. All our product goes through a rigorous quality inspection prior to being approved to ship. In the rare instance, that a proven defective product has been shipped, buyer should notify Architects & Fairies within seven days of receipt via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If return is approved, buyer will be contacted with return instructions. Architects & Fairies reserves the right to replace or refund the purchase price of the defective product.

FOR ALL SUCH CLAIMS AND ACTIONS IN EACH CASE NOTWITHSTANDING THE ACTUAL OR ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE, PROVIDED THAT THE Architects & Fairies LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
