Keeping track of your client each individual style and details is important especially when things get busy. It's also equally important to keep records for styling consistency and to troubleshoot possible retention issues.

Our client Worksheet and Lash Mapping enables you to have all the relevant details recorded for future reference. There's also a spot to insert photos.

6- Patch Test:

Some state regulations and some insurance companies require patch testing. This form allows you to record the patch test, along with any symptoms reported and consent to continue with procedure if no symptoms are present.

7- Aftercare card:

This card will help the client properly care for their lashes. Can be texted to them directly so they keep it handy on their phone.
